FMB Group is great with all our business mobile needs, we were previously with Vodafone direct and didn't have the best experience. We recently wanted to update and upgrade our two mobile telephone accounts which commenced two years ago. I was directed to my original Account Manager who impressively was able to recall our original telephone conversations and our particular needs. The advice for the upgrade was efficient, did not appear to be sales driven but positively took account of our present needs. On the occasion that the Account Manager was not immediately available, the 'Admin Girl' correctly identified my needs such that my request to speak to the right person was effective. At each point of contact, the staff has engaged efficiently and the process has been enjoyable.

I've been with FMB for almost 3 years and found their customer support exceptionally satisfying and very professional. The great thing about FMB is that they assign a case manager to your account so if you have queries or issues you're able to reach out to your appointed contact at FMB and they get you sorted straight away. You don't need to wait on hold in lengthy queues or have someone call you back. Their response time in dealing with your request is excellent.
